The AI administrator monitors availability, application functions, operational errors and server resource usage. It evaluates these signals together with knowledge of your application to identify both outages and their causes. For supported issues, it can intervene, restore service and deploy a fix — even at night.

For businesses that rely on their website or application and want a team to look after its operation. We manage projects we built as well as applications from other developers. For an existing application, we first review its technology and current setup, then agree on how to take over its management.
We know its code, how it works and the reasons behind its technical decisions. One team handles development and operations with the full project context. When an issue arises or you want to expand the application, you do not have to pass information between your developer and hosting provider.
Prices are shown per month, excluding VAT. All plans are billed annually only. There is no setup fee.
We do not bundle new features, content edits or prepaid development hours into hosting. When you want to extend your website, we agree on the scope and price.
The automated administrator resolves supported critical incidents within 10 minutes, at any time without waiting for business hours. This applies to issues that can be resolved automatically within the configured scope. Complex issues are escalated to people; human support on the AI plan is available daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
